Midland Wreckers & Cash for Cars provides car removal, cash for cars, and used auto parts services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Quotations

Any quote provided over the phone or online is an estimate based on the information you provide. A final offer will be made after a physical inspection of the vehicle. We are not obligated to honor quotes if the vehicle condition differs from the description provided.

4. Ownership and Liability

You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have explicit authorization from the owner to sell it. Upon payment and pickup, ownership of the vehicle transfers to Midland Wreckers & Cash for Cars. You must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before pickup.

5. Payments

Payments are typicially made via cash on the spot or bank transfer, as agreed upon during the transaction. All transactions are final.

6. Limitation of Liability

Midland Wreckers & Cash for Cars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the sale of used parts.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
